The new building was erected using the existing foundation walls, which limited its surface area due to its location in a flood zone. This home was designed to accommodate a family, with two offices dedicated to the parents. Generous windows flood the space with natural light, providing passive warmth in winter. To counter the summer sun's rays, large sunshades protect the house. In addition, a very large veranda adds a much-appreciated room during the summer season. The kitchen features long countertops and a spacious island to accommodate all guests.
