This construction adopts a farmhouse-style architecture, characterized by paneled windows and generous fenestration, offering wide openings to let in natural light. It is clad in aged cedar and topped with a black tin roof, giving it a distinct elegance.

For interior comfort, an underfloor slab with glycol heating has been installed, ensuring an unrivalled level of comfort. This feature adds a pleasant warmth to the space, while guaranteeing a cosy environment, especially during the colder months. Together, these architectural elements and the interior fittings give the building an atmosphere that is both warm and aesthetically appealing, in harmony with the traditional farmhouse style.
